1. General information

PDFHub uses the device camera solely to allow users to take photos or capture images for use within the app, for example to convert them to PDF or for internal processing. The app does not collect, share or transfer users’ personal data to third parties.

2. Data processed

The app requests permission to use the device camera (android.permission.CAMERA permission).
Images captured with the camera are processed exclusively on the user’s device.

3. No collection or transfer

PDFHub does not transmit, store or transfer content created with the camera to external servers.

Images always remain on the user’s device and are not shared with third parties.

The app does not use data for marketing, analytics, profiling or any other tracking activity.

4. User consent and control

Camera access requires the user’s explicit consent, given through the Android permission dialog.

Users can revoke or change this permission at any time by going to:

Settings → Apps → PDFHub → Permissions.

5. Data security

Because captured images never leave the device, they are not processed or stored on external infrastructure. This reduces the risks associated with online transmission or storage.
